未到着クレームの対応※その４

またまた、未到着クレーム。

現在の未到着クレームの状況は以下。

今回はバイヤーに以下で送ります。今後の為に英文で貼ります。

バイヤーの住所

Your item may have been lost during delivery.
However, there is a possibility of arriving if you wait a little more.

If you want an immediate refund I will do so.
If possible, I'd like you to wait a week.
If the item does not arrive in a week, I will refund it.
